Wicked nice stay! Room was spotlessly clean, had a comfy bed, and the bathroom was just great. Daniela & her husband were awesome hosts. The location? Unbeatable-right near wicked good restaurants and a short walk to the cruise port. Oh, and the vibe outside was just electric with all the action!

The hotel was in a particularly good location close to restaurants, the water front and the cruise port. It also was close to everything including a spectacular restaurant.

There was plenty of freshly made meals. We were moved to a double room with cozy balcony, large bathroom, as example. Your location was perfect, a short walk from the beach...

This place was great! The room was clean, comfy, and even had quality toiletries. The kitchen was well-stocked for breakfast. Communication with the hosts was easy, and they arranged transport for us to the port. Perfect spot for a fun getaway 🌟

My a double room with air conditioning and large bathroom, for example was huge. The staff and the host were all great.

The hotel was neat, the room was large and well-kept and the bed was comfy. Enjoyed central heating, multi-channel TV and a writing desk in the room. The location was particularly good and excellant - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. What's more, it was just off port and lovley bustling Square and the sea and restaurants, the water front and the cruise port. Everything was simply fantastic:)))

The well-stocked kitchen offered a generous variety for breakfast. The room was comfortable.

The water pressure in the bathroom sink was weak. Hot water in the shower was unpredictable. It fluctuated between scalding hot and lukewarm, especially when another shower was running. While the produced squeaky wooden stairs added some character, they could be quite distracting when moving around. Lastly, there was some external noise during the evening hours that could be bothersome for light sleepers, despite the double-glazed windows.

The room was super clean clean, but the AC temperature light kept me awake.

The climb to the upper rooms is a hassle, especially with heavy luggage!!! A better lifting solution would greatly enhance convenience!!! Some might find the noise from the lively street a bit overwhelming at times!!!

The hosts, Daniela and Gianni, were cute and ensured I had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, perfect for a relaxing trip. The breakfast selection was good and plentiful, including fresh pastries and a great variety of drinks.

I was appalled by the dreadful breakfast selection, and to top it off, the owners barged into our room unannounced! It was beyond rude. And don't get me started on the 10:30am checkout. I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't, really.

It was just an appropriate option for a weekend adventure in Civitavecchia with excellent value. The owners helped carry our bags up the stairs, a nice touch . Consider leaving heavy luggage in the common area to make moving around easier.

Clean, comfortable, and I loved the breakfast options available. the quality of the toiletries was a nice touch, but the squeaky stairs were a minor annoyance.
